Troy Erickson – Haiti Hymnal: A Mission Memoir

[:it]

Ho avuto l’onore di partecipare a questo bel progetto e disco del musicista del Nord Dakota (USA) Troy Erickson il cui 80% dell’incasso verrà devoluto ad un orfanotrofio di Haiti.

Ho registrato le mie chitarre e Lap Steel su due pezzi: Raindrops on My Tongue and Prayer for Port-Au-Prince

Ecco alcune informazioni sul progetto da Troy:
In 2010 I took a trip that would become one of the defining events of my life.  I went to Haiti following The Great Quake to help rebuild an orphanage, and to live my faith in a more ‘real’ way than ever before.  It was the people of Haiti, however, who showed me what it truly means to walk by faith.  Haitians have endured an astounding succession of disasters with admirable grace.  This audio project is dedicated to the precious, persevering people of Haiti, especially those who struggle forward without the loved ones they lost on January 12, 2010.
