Free entry live music Acoustic Sunday with food by “2 Fingers”

The Crypt, St Peter’s Church, Northchurch Terrace, De Beauvoir, Hackney, N1 4DA

With the advent of the festive season looming ever closer, Acoustic Sundays and 2 Fingers (London’s original fish finger bad boys) return to The Crypt, De Beauvoir on 6th December with a winter warmer of a showcase that will fill you with Yuletide cheer.

Expect a sensational Sunday of organic musical talent, Christmas craft pop-ups and the chance to chat to this month’s amazing musicians. Open-mic Session musicians will settle you in, followed by a toasty line-up, jam-packed with hand-picked musicians.

Sardinian guitar player and multi-instrumentalist who returns to Acoustic Sunday as part of his 2015 UK tour.

Dah Rhyl Gah Moor
Modern and elaborate trio from London, who are hitting the point where EDM meets Highlife on Kingsland Road.

Liz & The Lofty Things
Musical storytellers and acoustic folk band as recommended by our audience.

Bal de Bourdon
A new 4-piece band, perform original arrangements from France and Cornwall rich in melody and drama.

Cosmo House
Unexpected blues/folk band provide cotton pickin’ guitar tactics, dynamic vocals and creative trumpet tunes.

Master of Ceremonies and award winning improv-comedian James Ross returns with perfect anecdotes and much-needed satire throughout the afternoon whilst juggling The Golden Youth MovementWe Are Brick City and Hackney Community Choir who will mix things up in between bands with jaw-dropping vocal harmonies with an urban flavour.

Street food pop-up sensation 2 Fingers are, as ever, in search of the Holy Grail that is the ‘Ultimate Fish Finger Sandwich Experience!’ Whether you like yours Po$h or Old Skool or even want to swing both ways with the ingenious 50:50 – expect some serious 2 fingered lickin’ fun.

Sit back and relax at the Acoustic Sundays’ Festive Party with a glass of sloe gin, or mug of lightly-spiced mulled wine with soothing undertones of cinnamon, clove and star anise, as well as wines and beers from our Sensibly Priced Pop-up-Bar to raise your spirits!
